Compositions

The Orange Garden offers composition services for a variety of different needs, including instrumental or background music, songs, or film score. We can compose in a variety of different styles according to your specification.

Arranging

We offer an arranging service for a variety of genres and instruments. Rachael specialises in arranging pieces for woodwind instruments or piano. She has experience arranging charts for soul bands and saxophone quartets to name but a few genres. Helen specialises in arranging in vocals, piano, keys and sythns as well as programming. She has experience of arranging harmonies and backing vocals as well as recording.

Written a song but can't write the notes down? From audio source to notation, The Orange Garden can offer a music transcription service for melody line, guitar chords or full musical score. Please note that this service is offered for original compositions only.

Session Work

Helen is an versatile, experienced, professional session singer; she performs lead and backing vocals for varied recording projects. Helen's has worked with both songwriters and producers and her studio credits include work for Liquidscreamer, DSL Productions, Little Eliza Music and Houndsville Records. She has also worked as a session singer for many live performances either in small groups/bands or with choirs. Helen is a natural harmoniser and vocal arranger. She is conversant in many different styles including pop, jazz, soul, folk, musical theatre and classical.
